Subject: The e-Documents System has a new feature, "Inter-unit Notification."

 Description:
I. To improve the efficiency of handling official documents, promote document digitization, and save paper, the e-Documents System will be updated, and users may produce inter-unit notifications starting February 1, 2024.
II. The e-Documents System will be out of service from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on January 31, 2024, for updating.
III. If a reply is required by an inter-unit notification, please make another form for reply.
IV. Please refer to the attached file for more screenshots and instructions.
